Information you choose to share

When you contact us, join our email list, express interest in a retreat, schedule a call, or apply, we receive the information you provide, such as your name, contact details, preferences, and correspondence. Participant screening and intake forms may request sensitive health information for eligibility, preparation, and support. Please provide health details only through the designated intake process, rather than newsletter forms or ordinary email.

How information is used

Information is used to respond to inquiries, arrange appointments, manage applications and participation, process payments, provide requested communications, and meet applicable recordkeeping and legal obligations. Newsletter subscriptions can be ended using the unsubscribe link in an email or by contacting us.

Services used by this website

Our pages link to or embed services including Jotform for forms, Calendly for scheduling, Stripe for payment, and Kit for email subscriptions. Those providers process information submitted through their services under their own privacy policies. A payment is processed by Stripe; please do not email card information. External providers, embedded content, and website hosting may receive technical information such as an IP address, browser information, and cookies when their services load or are used.

Review the privacy notices presented by each service before submitting information. You can manage cookies through your browser; limiting cookies may affect site or form functionality. Following a link to another website brings you under that website’s policies.

Participant records and sharing

Participant records are handled separately from public website content and newsletter preferences. Relevant information may be shared with service providers supporting the requested process, authorized members of the participant’s care or facilitation team, or where disclosure is required or permitted by law. Retention, security, and your choices

Retention depends on the type of record and applicable professional, legal, and accounting obligations. Requests for deletion may be limited by those requirements. No website or electronic transmission can guarantee absolute security.

You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, or to ask about its use and any privacy rights available under applicable law. We may need to verify your identity before responding. Please send an initial request without sensitive health information or identity documents; we will explain the appropriate next step.

Age and changes to this notice

Our psilocybin services are intended for adults age 21 and older. If you believe a minor has submitted information in connection with these services, please contact us. Updates to this notice will be posted here with a revised effective date.
