Retreat movement & private sessions · The 360 Emergence
A Portal to Presence
Music, movement, and room to meet yourself.
Come as you are. Move what you’re carrying. Through music, simple invitations, and the freedom to follow your own movement, explore a different way of listening to yourself.
Offered at every retreat, led by Dr. LeTa or Chelsea Didier. Private movement sessions are also available as an optional add-on.

Come as you are.
You do not need dance experience, confidence, or the right words. Begin with your feet on the ground, the rhythm of your breath, and whatever is present today. Movement can be expansive or very small. Stillness belongs here too.
This is a place to explore rather than get the steps right. Your facilitator chooses music and offers invitations to notice your body, your surroundings, and what wants to move. Follow an invitation, adapt it, or take a pause. There is room for your own pace.
Rooted in The 360 Emergence
The 360 Emergence is a movement practice that brings music, attention, and the whole body into the experience of being present. We explore how we meet ourselves, how we relate to others, and how we respond to the world around us—one breath, one movement, one moment at a time.
Dr. LeTa has graduated from The 360 Emergence facilitator training. This work joins her longstanding qigong practice and experience guiding group movement. Explore Dr. LeTa’s movement background →

Part of every retreat
Each retreat includes a group movement offering led by Dr. LeTa or Chelsea Didier. It is a chance to arrive in your body, share space with the group, and explore expression beyond conversation.
You are welcome whether movement feels familiar or entirely new. There is no routine to memorize and no expectation to move like anyone else. You can choose gentle or seated movement, pause, or rest. The facilitator and timing will be shared with your retreat details.
Before your journey. After your journey.
In preparation, movement offers space to notice sensations, express preferences, and practice choosing when to engage or rest. You may discover simple ways of returning attention to your body that feel useful to you.
In integration, movement can offer another way to reflect when words feel incomplete. A gesture, a rhythm, or a moment of stillness may become something you return to in everyday life. You don’t need to produce a particular feeling or have a breakthrough for your time here to matter.
More space for you: a private add-on
If you would like more individual attention, you can arrange a private movement session with Dr. LeTa or Chelsea, subject to availability. This optional add-on offers time to explore your intentions, questions, and relationship with movement at your own pace.
We begin with a conversation about your comfort, mobility, and boundaries. Together, we can explore standing or seated movement, gentle movement, and rest. You can ask for a change or stop at any time.
Private sessions are booked separately from the group movement offered at your retreat. They are arranged before or after psychedelic work and do not include psychedelic administration. Your facilitator, timing, location, duration, accessibility needs, and fee are confirmed before booking.
