Is this retreat for me?
This November retreat welcomes adults 21+ from all backgrounds. No healthcare or Chinese medicine experience is required. Participation is subject to individual screening and confirmation of eligibility. Start with a consultation to discuss the offering and the next steps in the participation process.
What does the price include?
The $2,500 / $3,000 / $3,500 sliding-scale retreat price includes licensed facilitation, the listed retreat meals and practices, and the preparation and integration sessions described here. Travel, lodging, and optional private add-on appointments are separate. Participants arrange their own transportation to and from the retreat space; the team does not provide rides. Your post-session ride must be agreed in advance with your facilitator. Do not drive after the session.
What preparation and integration are included?
Four private Zoom sessions are included: two preparation and two integration sessions, one hour each. Please complete screening and both individual preparation sessions at least seven days before Saturday’s ceremony — by Saturday, October 31, 2026 for this retreat.
Our two-hour group Zoom sessions meet the Wednesday before and the Wednesday after the retreat: November 4 for preparation and November 11 for integration, both 5–7 p.m. Mountain / 4–6 p.m. Pacific / 7–9 p.m. Eastern. These group meetings are additional to your individual preparation and do not replace the October 31 deadline.
The retreat also includes in-person preparation on Friday and integration on Sunday. After your participation and payment are confirmed, you will receive retreat details and private group Zoom joining instructions.
How are the continuing-education credits offered?
For acupuncturists who would like continuing education, retreat registration includes optional gifted access to Dr. LeTa’s online course, When Patients Ask About Psilocybin: Ethics, Safety, Scope & Referral Pathways for Acupuncturists.
The course is approved for 2 NCBAHM PDA points (CEUs) in the PE-CW category, course number PDA-9512-2. Approval expires July 1, 2027.
To complete the course, participants work through the recorded learning, a worksheet, and a final assessment. Credits are earned through course completion, rather than retreat attendance. Retreat attendance does not confer natural medicine facilitator qualifications.
After your retreat registration is confirmed, use the gifted-webinar registration button on Dr. LeTa’s course page. No additional course payment is collected through that form. Dr. LeTa will verify your retreat registration and send your recording, worksheet, and assessment access instructions.
How do I choose my sliding-scale rate?
Consider your income, savings, financial responsibilities and the costs of travel and time away. Every rate includes the same group retreat experience. No explanation of your choice is needed.
How do I reserve a place?
Begin with a retreat consultation. A $1,000 deposit reserves a place subject to participant eligibility and the cancellation/refund policy. The remaining balance is due October 7, 2026. Review the cancellation and refund policy before paying. Once your participation is confirmed, pay through Stripe and edit the amount to your deposit or agreed payment.
Do I need a healthcare or Chinese medicine background?
No. This retreat is open to adults 21+ from all backgrounds. We introduce the Chinese medicine practices as part of the experience, so you can participate without professional training. A consultation and individual screening help us explore whether the retreat is a good fit for you.
